Dr David Brown is a highly experienced Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Brisbane. He trained in the UK, developing specialist expertise in urological cancers and laparoscopic surgery at the Edinburgh Cancer Centre, before working as a consultant in Scotland. After relocating to Australia, he now serves patients across Brisbane and Rockhampton.

Dr Brown is recognised as an expert in laser prostate surgery and trains other surgeons for Olympus Australia in laser enucleation using the new Solve pulsed Thulium laser, proven highly effective for prostate and stone surgery.

Always at the forefront of innovation, he was the first urologist in Australia accredited to perform the iTind procedure for BPH. He remains passionate about improving patient outcomes, training medical students and junior doctors, and advancing clinical excellence.
